The Canadian Raptor Conservancy
Experience the breathtaking majesty of the magnificent birds from The Canadian Raptor Conservancy!
The Canadian Raptor Conservancy’s mission is to educate the public about Birds of Prey and their important role in our ecosystem. Thrill to their live, free-flying shows, then visit the birds and talk with their trainers — and don’t forget to get that all-important selfie!
In addition to their educational work, the Conservancy cares for and rehabilitates sick and injured birds returning them to the wild wherever possible. Its captive breeding program is one of the largest in the world, and all of the birds in their shows come from this program. It also provides trained birds for movies, commercials, and television work, and runs free-flight photography seminars for avid nature photographers.
The Canadian Raptor Conservancy will be onsite in The Meadow from 10:00am to 5:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday. They will be giving three amazin free flight shows each day, on the following schedule:
Saturday: 11:30am, 1:00pm, and 2:45pm
Sunday: 11:30am, 1:45pm, and 3:15pm
The Canadian Raptor Conservancy’s display and shows are included in the Saturday Day Pass, the Sunday Day Pass, and the Weekend Day Pass.
